We strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Our shipping and returns policy is designed to offer convenience and peace of mind.

Shipping:
We offer reliable and efficient shipping services to deliver your orders promptly. Once you place an order, our team works diligently to process and pack it within the specified timeframe. Depending on your location and the shipping method chosen, you can expect your package to arrive within 1-3 working days. Shipping fee is 8 euros to 2kg.

There will be a surcharge of 1 euro for each additional kilo. Shipments of products are made through the cooperating courier company DHL couriers (and its partners). We currently offer shipping to selected regions within Cyprus, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, France, and Spain. Shipping fee is €30 per order to 2kg.

Shipping is available to selected areas within the above-mentioned countries.

Returns:
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at migadaclothes@gmail.com, who will guide you through the process. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

 

Swimwear and socks are excluded from the return and change process for hygiene reasons.


Furthermore, changes are not accepted for products with a discount rate of 50% or more and for products that are part of a special offer.
